UPPSC Assistant Engineer syllabus and exam pattern for 2019-2020 recruitment in English and Hindi PDF is given below. UPPSC AE recruitment for 712 vacancies full details, written exam and previous year papers are also provided on the Career Vendor website.

In advertisement number A-5/E-1/2019 Dated 30.12.2019 Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission notified about the recruitment of 692 Assistant Engineer posts for general candidates and 20 reserved posts for specially-abled personals. There are two papers for each core branch, a detailed syllabus for these exams is provided below.

UPPSC Assistant Engineer Exam Pattern 2019-2020

Written Exam for the post of Assistant Engineer in Electrical/ Civil/ EC/ CS/ IT/Agriculture Trainee Posts will be commenced in 2 stages or 2 papers; exam subjects and marking allocation criteria is given below.

• The time duration for Paper 1 & Paper 2 is 150 minutes each i.e. 2 Hours 30 Minutes. There will be 150 minutes allotted to answer 125 questions.
• Written exam in Paper 1 & Paper 2 will have Objective Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ).

After written examination, there will be an Interview round of 100 marks thus Total Selection Process will comprise 850 Marks (375 + 375 + 100).
