Government Jobs in Kochi, KMRL or Kochi Metro Rail Limited has announced to recruit 68 Maintainers, 80 Train Operator/Station Controllers, 22 Junior Engineers and 18 Section Engineers. Diploma and Graduate Jobs 2015, Kochi Metro Rail Limited is looking for online applications from those candidates who are possessing SSLC with ITI, Diploma in Mechanical/Civil/Electronics and B.Tech/BE in  in Mechanical under Mechanical stream, Electrical under Electrical Stream, Electronics, Applied Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electronics & Instrumentation, Industrial Electronics under Electronics Stream and Civil under Civil stream will be considered eligible for applying against KMRL 188 Vacancies Recruitment Notification 2015. Note :

• Candidates will be selected by Written Test, Medical, Test and Interview.

188 Engineer,Maintainers & Other Posts KMRL Recruitment 2015 Details:

Age Limit:

• Maintainers : 18-24 years
• Train Operator/Station Controllers/Junior Engineers : 18-25 years
• Section Engineers : 18-26 years
• 5 years upper age relaxation for SC/ST
• 3 years upper age relaxation for OBC

Eligibility Criteria:

• Maintainers : SSLC pass with ITI, Only ITI certificate holder in Fitter under Mechanical trade, Electrician under Electrical trade, Electronics under Electronics trade and Draftsman Civil under civil trade will be considered eligible for applying against Maintainers
• Train Operator/Station Controllers : Diploma (Three years), Knowledge of Malayalam language in all the three attributes ie Read, Speak and write is compulsory.
  Only Diploma certificate holder in Mechanical under Mechanical trade Electrical under Electrical trade and Electronics, Applied Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics& Telecommunication under Electronics trade will be considered eligible for applying against Train Operator/Station Controllers.
• Junior Engineers : A Three year Diploma, Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Civil trades. Working knowledge of Malayalam language is
  compulsory.
• Section Engineers : Bachelor Degree in Engineering : Only B.Tech/BE or equivalent degree in Mechanical under Mechanical stream, Electrical under Electrical Stream, Electronics, Applied Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics& Telecommunication, Electronics & Instrumentation, Industrial Electronics under Electronics Stream and Civil under Civil stream will be considered eligible for applying against Section Engineers.

Pay Scale:

• Maintainers : Rs 16,000
• Train Operator/Station Controllers : Rs 27,000
• Junior Engineers : Rs 27,000
• Section Engineers : Es 32,000

• General/OBC : Rs 600/-
• SC/ST : Rs 300

Selection Process:

• Online Test and medical examination for Maintainers and Junior Engineers.
• Online Test, medical examination and Psychometric test for the post of Train Operators/ Station Controllers.
• Online Test, medical examination and Interview for Section Engineers.
